We run a variety of classes throughout the week including:


  • Circuits – Full-body, multi-station workout, self-paced

  • Engine – High-energy Hyrox style class using sled, weights and wall balls
  • Kinetic – Strength and coordination with kettlebells
  • Athlete – Athlete-style session built around speed, agility, power and core strength
