The consultation is a chance to sit down with a staff member and discuss your goals. We will talk
over the programs we offer and work out if they align with your goals. We’ll also show you round
the gym and answer any questions you may have.
The type training in both group classes and personal training is functional fitness which is a type of
fitness that improves your body's ability to perform everyday activities efficiently. You’ll notice the
benefits in everyday life activities like carrying the shopping home or walking up a staircase.
Not at all - all our programs adapt to whatever level you’re at. During the free consultation we’ll
run over your goals and current fitness to find the best fit for you. As you progress the programs can
be adapted to be more challenging.
Yes - we do regular events! Our events are fun days and a great way to meet other members outside of your usual classes. A big part of joining our gym is the community so we encourage members to get involved in our events. We also have monthly seminars with guest speakers on big topics such as sleep and stress!
It depends on your goals and realistically how much spare time you have. Some of our members
attend twice per week, others five times. We’d recommend a minimum of twice per week to see
results though. We’ll factor in your availability in our consultation when considering programs best
suited to your lifestyle.
