The consultation is a one-to-one conversation with one of our head coaches. It's a chance to see the space, talk through your goals, and understand how we personalise everything around you. We'll answer any questions and explore whether we're the right fit. Consultations are available in person or over the phone.
We are a strength and conditioning gym, focused on developing strength, resilience, and long-term physical performance. Training is structured to improve how your body moves and performs, so you feel stronger, more capable, and confident both inside and outside the gym.
How often you train will depend on your goals, experience, and lifestyle. As a baseline, two sessions per week is the minimum we recommend for results. From there, we'll guide you on the frequency that best supports your progress.
We're here for people who want guidance, structure, and lasting results. Our experienced coaches will help you stay consistent and reach your goals. Coaching memberships start from £45 per week.
Yes. Many of our members started with little or no exercise experience, and now they’re stronger, fitter, and more confident than ever.
Absolutely. Many of our members train with pre-existing injuries. If that’s you, we’ll build your program around it from the start. If something comes up on the day, our instructors will adapt your session in real time, offering safe, effective modifications so you can keep moving confidently.
Small group (e.g. 2–4 people) training with a coach. You follow a personalised program, receive more individual attention than large group classes, and it’s more affordable than one-to-one coaching.
